Cheesecake

Ingredients:

2 8oz. cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

Graham cracker crust ( I buy store bought) 

 

Mix (soften) cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together till smooth. Then add eggs. Pour mixture into the crust and bake @ 325 for 25-30 mins. Let cool, then put in refrigerator.
