Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cans of cut green beans (or 1 large can)

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1/2 of an onion

1/2 red pepper

1 can of dried onions

shredded cheddar cheese

In a cast iron skillet saute the onion and pepper in butter. Add green beans, cream of mushroom soup and a cup of cheese. Mix well and then top with more cheese. Cook @ 350 for about 30 mins and then add the dried onions and cook for another 20 mins.
