Simple St. Louis Ribs (Pellet Smoker Version)
Prep:
- Purchase St. Louis style ribs or cut them yourself from spare ribs.
- Trim excess fat and remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Apply a binder if desired, then add desired rub.
Process:
- Set pellet grill to 250F.
- load ribs bone side down
- spritz every hour with 1/1 apple cider vinegar and water
- approx. 5 hour cook time. Sauce and let it set up for 15 minutes back on the smoker.
- Remove and enjoy.
