Simple St. Louis Ribs (Pellet Smoker Version)

Prep: 

  • Purchase St. Louis style ribs or cut them yourself from spare ribs.
  • Trim excess fat and remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Apply a binder if desired, then add desired rub.

Process:

  • Set pellet grill to 250F.
  • load ribs bone side down
  • spritz every hour with 1/1 apple cider vinegar and water
  • approx. 5 hour cook time.  Sauce and let it set up for 15 minutes back on the smoker.
  • Remove and enjoy.
