Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked)

1 cup sugar

2 eggs beaten

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup milk

1 stick butter (melted)

Blend potatoes, add sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter. Pour into baking dish.

Toppings:

1 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup of butter (melted)

1/2 cup self-rising flour

Mix all together and pour over potatoes. Bake @ 350 for about 45 mins or until bubbly.
